Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was amazing! The rooms were luxurious, clean, comfortable, quite, and modern, and the hotel itself was cavernous with a very high ceiling. The terrace added a nice touch to the overall experience. The service was exceptional and very helpful, especially Roberto, who went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. The location was simply breathtaking, right in the main square across from the cathedral. The dining experience was fabulous with a variety of options to choose from. Overall, a fantastic stay with only minor inconveniences!
My stay at the hotel was a mix of great and not-so-great experiences. The rooms were huge and very well appointed, but I was disappointed to find only hard chairs instead of a cozy sofa or easy chairs. The high ceiling added to the cavernous feeling of the room, and it had all the standard amenities of Palazzo Gattini.
